Guddi in her speech says every human being in its core is built up of happiness, love, kindness, bravery, and courage. However, we’re not able to touch the core because of the fear on the surface level. Through Meditation she realized that these negative and fearful thoughts are just on the surface. They can go with injecting positive thoughts. She started to look beyond fear and found that bravery, that courage which changed her focus from I cannot to I can.
