Samsung is undoubtedly the world leader when it comes to Android Smartphones. On the other hand, it is also one of the largest manufacturers of TV, Mobile Phone processors and Cameras. But this is not the case in the domestic market and certainly feeling the heat from the domestic smartphone manufacturers, thus affecting the market share at the domestic market. Competitors like Huawei, Xiaomi, VIVO, OPPO have definitely strengthened their positions and giving tough competition to Samsung.
Samsung’s Galaxy A9 and A8 with worlds first four and three camera phones with Infinity-O punch screen mobile phone respectively were nothing but the ideas to gain market share. On the same lines of VIVO NEX, Samsung is making ripples by launching a new pop-up camera phone this year. It might be named as Galaxy A90.
The design is no doubt is an admiration from VIVO NEX which made news for its innovative design and hides the camera when not required and pops up from the top while taking selfies. Adding some more enhancement and Samsung flavour to the design Samsung is planning to release Galaxy A90 on the same lines. The phone will have a full view AMOLED display which will look more vibrant and stunning.
In the race of screen to body ratio, the mobile manufacturers are still uncertain on the final solution for full-screen mobile design. As some are using a slider mechanism, some use a pop-up camera and some use the flexible design. Let’s see where the race will come to end, but for sure the screen to body ratio will be higher and higher.
For now, we are waiting what Samsung has to offer with Galaxy A90, will it stand out and become a game changer for the company.
